炭黑在橡胶中的应用研究进展
研究了炭黑与溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的相互作用。
实验结果表明,SSBR胶料中炭黑与丁苯橡胶的化学作用占优势,对橡胶的
补强起主导作用。随炭黑粒径的减小,结合橡胶的总量以及化学键合和物
理键合部分均有所增加。炭黑补强SSBR结合椽胶和硫化胶的强度随炭黑粒
径的变化其曲线均接近双曲线,并在炭黑粒径为100nm附近出现突变。这
表明,当炭黑粒径达到100nm左右时,炭黑与SSBR之间的化学和物理作用
骤增,固体颗粒填料的补强作用显著提高,存在一补强的临界粒径。用核磁
共振交联密度仪表征了炭黑对物理交联密度、化学交联密度和总交联密度的
影响。研究表明,随炭黑粒径的减小,物理交联密度逐渐增大,化学交联密
度和总交联密度先减小,后增大,在l00nm处出现突变。

Studies  of application of carbon black  in rubber
Studied of the interaction between carbon black and SSBR  showed that the chemical effect of carbon black and SBR rubber compound plays a dominant role as the rubber reinforcement . With decreasing particle size of carbon black,   total combined  rubber and chemical  and physical bonding  increases . The strength of carbon black  reinforced SSBR rubber and vulcanized rubber  changes according to carbon black  particle size with curves are close to hyperbolic curves   and dramatic change occurs in the vicinity of the carbon black particle size of 100nm, which showed that the chemical and physical effects between SSBR and carbon  black  surged with carbon black particle diameter of about 100nm and  reinforcement  role of the solid filler particles significantly increased. There is a reinforcement of the critical particle size. NMR Resonance crosslink density gauge characterized the  influence of physical crosslinking density ,  chemical crosslinking density and the total crosslink density  of the carbon black showed  that with decreasing particle size of the carbon black, the  physical  crosslinking density increases and chemical and total crosslink density first decreases, then increases, the mutation occurs in l00nm .
