期刊的这种节奏不对啊！ 已有2人参与

文章投到International journal of damage mechanics，经过 awaiting admin processing， awaiting reviewer selection 和 awaiting reviewer invitation 总共20多天，今天主编给我发信说： “Thank you for submitting the above entitled manuscript. The policy of the Journal stipulates that all manuscript must be organized such that figures/illustrations/diagrams and Tables are placed at the appropriate locations of the paper when these figures and Tables are first referred to, rather than placing them at the end of the paper such as yours. You are thus requested to re-submit your paper using the format stipulated by our journal. We have accordingly 'unsubmitted' your paper in its present format. ” 这个速度也是太慢了！ 这也太浪费时间了！ |
