[交流] Reconsider after Revision是什么意思？大家帮忙分析一下已有6人参与

返回的意见没写是“大修”还是“小修”，投稿系统中显示的是“Reconsider after Revision”（第一次看到过这种Decision）
感觉编辑的对稿子态度不是很看好呢。。。

一审意见为：

Reviewer #1: This paper presents a new framework to estimate geometric parameters and perform the pre-bending operation of steel plate before a long bone fracture surgery. A system called "Fracture Assist" is implemented to realize the proposed framework. Five components are well designed to complete the accurate registration of the broken bone models. The novelty and presentation of the paper are good while some places need to be modified shown as follows.

Reviewer #2: This paper presents a visual system to assist how surgeons plan to register bone fracture before operation.

There are some errors of sentence representation in this paper. It is hoped that the author can correct it.
In conclusion, the research of this paper has an important applicant value.

Reviewer #3: The paper deals with an interesting topic but at present the paper organisation presents many lacks in the experimental validation that doesn't underlines the advantages and disadvantages that the proposed method provide. I suggest to the authors to integrate this part making comparison with other available methodologies and proposing a more structured validation also in term of sample significance
