访问学者邀请函求助

请大家帮忙分析下：碰到这个怎么办呀？我是弄个邀请函申报访问学者呀，学校会给我开证明吗？哪位大哥见过这个事情，求帮忙分析。 Unfortunately I am not able to use the draft invitation letter you have attached. The University of ***** has a number of legislative requirements that must be followed when inviting a visiting scholar. Our Letters of Invitation are only issued by the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture, and Information Technology (EAIT) Human Resources team, after the Head of School, Mechanical and Mining Engineering and the Executive Dean of the Faculty of EAIT have considered your application. As mentioned in my previous email I require: a) A statement from you home institution confirming the invitation to visit and granting you leave from your usual academic appointment for the period of time you will be here; b) A scanned copy of your passport (require photo and personal information pages) and a scanned copy of anyone travelling with you (and their relationship to you); and c) Your anticipated date of arrival. |
