投稿Optics Express ，接受了，编辑给了份修改格式的文件，要求48小时内上传。有几点不是很明白，求解答 1、Note to Word authors: OSA will not use the Word file you submitted for your final revisions for publication. OSA will normalize, format, correct references, tag, and parse the Word file into full-text XML. A new PDF file will be created for publication. Please check your paper carefully and contact the production editor if you discover any problems. 这个不需要我们做什么工作吧？ 2、Reformat your figures so that each part of your figure is included in the same figure file. Be sure to include all text figure labels in the figure file as well. Do not use separate drawing tools and/or text boxes to create the appearance of a single file. There should be a single figure file per figure. 这个的意思是每个图放在一个文件夹里面吗？还是怎么搞？再就是上传图片文件时怎么上传。修改稿时我没有上传图片文件。 3、Ensure that your figure captions are inserted below the figure as text rather than a text box or inside of the figure.这里的意思是不是把图片的图注放在正文中？ |
