关于《JOURNAL OF PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY C》

一个月前投稿，今天刚收到修改通知，因为是minor revision，所以花了一天就把修改稿弄完了，但是，我不明白在只收到一个审稿人的意见的情况下，编辑是否会拖延录用时间，以等待新的审稿意见。有人遇见过类似的情况吗？我是Photonics方向的，这是第一篇ACS的paper，希望能早日发表。。。 Thank you for submitting your manuscript for publication in The Journal of Physical Chemistry.
