吐槽贴：投IECR请慎重 已有1人参与

今年8月18日投稿到Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research杂志，编辑是Milorad P. Dudukovic。20日提交版权协议，开始审稿，然后就是漫长的等待 。10月份的时候忍不住从投稿系统给编辑发了邮件，咨询稿件状态，无果。后经主编助理帮助把信再次转发，编辑回信说，还在等审稿意见。心想，那就继续等吧，又过了一个半月，再次询问，未回邮件。今早打开邮箱一看，这个编辑以找不到审稿人为由给拒了！信件如下： Dear Dr. ***: Upon taking a careful look over your manuscript I conclude that it lacks the novelty, scientific depth and engineering features required for publication in I&EC Research. Topically your manuscript belongs to a journal that deals with ### and while interesting, does not bring forward any new general principles that are of interest to I&EC Research readership. My conclusion is reinforced by the fact that a number of reviewers that we approached declined to review your paper. Thus, your manuscript is not suitable for an archival journal like I&EC Research and will find a much more appreciative audience in an applied journal. We thus release the manuscript back to you for submission to another journal. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider this work for publication in Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research. 可笑的是，编辑手里攥了100多天，才发现论文创新性不足等等，早干嘛去了呢。最后这句更搞笑：We thus release the manuscript back to you for submission to another journal. 我的稿子是自由了，可你耽误了我几个月的时间，连个sorry都没有的。 气愤！ |
