能下载啊，不过这是国外的网站。点击想下载书下面的网址进去后，再点击free，就会出现一个倒计时的数字，等完成了会让你输入验证码，输入后就可以下载了。不过网站有限制，一次只能下一本书，而且下载多了后会提示说要过几分钟或者几十分钟后才可以再下载。
