澳洲574陪读签证秒签，经验分享已有17人参与

之前在坛子里看到很有用的一篇文章（http://muchong.com/html/201105/3242540.html），给自己的签证提供了很多帮助，现老婆出签，写一写自己的经验，分享给大家，希望帮助到各位虫友。 先说说自己的具体情况吧，小弟自己在外面读博，international research scholarship + 50：50 living allowance （full scholarship)。然后打算把老婆也接过来。由于是拿到自己visa以后才结婚的，所以老婆那边只能是paper-based application。 11月2号邮寄材料，4号confirmed，然后老婆体检结果上传后当天就拿到了visa，就简单说一下自己怎样准备的吧。 陪读签证，其实就是学生签证的一直，可以认为是学生签证的附属签证。顾名思义，需要首先提供签证持有者的个人信息。 澳方（我自己）材料清单：CoE, Enrollment Letter，scholarship evidence（这个后面细说），Bank Statement，birth certificate，Passport JP copy，OSHC JP copy，Marriage Notarial certificate（结婚证公证书，注意是结婚证公证，不是结婚公证），cover letter一封，application package index（不是checklist，是自己做的申请材料清单总结）一张 国内（我老婆）材料清单：Marriage Notarial certificate，passport copy，birth certificate. 其他材料： phone bill, marriage photos 表格：919 424c 956 157a 54 流程如下: 1 国内方面把所有材料公证，扫描护照，然后再附带4张护照照片快递到澳洲来。（这是国内需要做的所有的东西） 2 澳洲这边，先去了commonwealth bank开了bank statement，再去学校申请一封enrollment letter来证明奖学金和在读情况，再去RHD管理处要一个OSHC的证明letter（有的学校enrollment letter也在RHD那边要），要声明等老婆来了会extend到couple的。 3 填表 424c用来更改自己在移民局的personal record，把婚姻状态更改为已婚。按照表上的说明，NSW这边邮寄到悉尼（具体地址在表的第一页有写），材料清单包括护照JP复印件，结婚证公证书JP复印件和出生证明（有身份证号，用来证明你是结婚证上那个人）。申请更改个人记录和签证申请可以同时进行！ 4 填表，国内方面157a+54，按照说明填即可，20分钟左右填完 澳洲这边，919用来提名亲属，因为结婚的时候visa已经下来了，之前申请的时候54表里面没有我老婆，所以需要这里声明。 956表用来申请代理人资格，选择exempt person（近亲），这样所有的信息都会发给澳洲这边的人，方便很多（尽管结果会通过email通知，但如果有纸质材料，还是境内方便很多）。 5 cover letter + application package index， 我相信这是我老婆秒签的重要原因，甚至移民局官员在给我回复的邮件中都称赞了我的材料准备多好。 cover letter：写给签证官的，首先自我介绍一下，为什么写这封信，要邀请谁，被邀请人何时来澳，为什么现在邀请。 接着简述下和夫人的认识结婚的过程时间见证人等等。最后，最重要的部分，把index上所有的材料串起来，给签证官一个清晰里的路子。逻辑如下：身份证明->真实夫妻关系证明->我们提供了哪些材料证明我们的夫妻关系式真实的，而非劳工假结婚（我提供了和老婆在英国的通话记录，以及在欧洲旅行的合照，并且标出来拍照地点和时间）-> 我们有钱在澳洲活的很开心（首先声明我们RHD属于Level 1，按照157a的说明，我们全奖RHD不需要提供额外资金担保。然后说尽管如此，我们依旧提供奖学金证明+个人saving共XXX刀，远远超过要求的XXX刀，要详细数据哦，我相信各位phd做这个很ez的。由于我的个人saving和奖学金的总和远远超出了移民局的要求，我开了个玩笑说不尽我们能生存，而且还能每年度假两次。资金要求见http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/574.aspx）-> 综上所述，我们提供的所有我们能提供的，真实的、合法的材料，请签证官让我们早日相见。 6 打包快递到阿德莱德。 P.S. 这个思路下来，基本上签证官对你的材料已经挑不出半点毛病了。尽管我和老婆结婚才3个月，依然没有任何电调，直接出签了。除此之外，我和老婆的护照都非白本护照，都有良好的欧洲+UK签证记录，我想这也一定程度上影响了出签速度。 希望此文对需要帮助老婆/老公申请的筒子有所帮助。如有问题，请留言，我尽量回复各位。 附CL中材料描述的段落： 需要注意的是，这里面的资金是两年的要求，因为我现在还没有transfer，仍然是mphil。。。坑爹的学校说我没master degree，不直接给phd offer。 For financial requirements, I suppose this is the very important part of the application. As declared in my CoE (A2.4) and Enrolment Status Letter (A2.3), I have full scholarship covering my tuition fees, living allowance, single travel allowance for my family and the OSHC. We are clear that health cover is compulsory for my wife, so I also attached the policy of my living allowance scholarship (C2.1), highlighted the part that indicates the scholarship will cover my wife’s health cover, and even a confirmation letter from the Office of Graduate Studies (C2.2). Although, according to the instruction on form 157a, I do not need to show additional funds to support my wife’s application, I still provide my personal savings (C2), over AU$17000, from Commonwealth Bank as an additional evidence to support our life in Australia. According to immigration office policy, financial requirements for is AU$18610 (myself) plus AU$6515 (my wife), which is 25125 per annul. Adding a round-way flight tick for my wife, it is AU$52250 for two year in total. What we are holding in total, is over AU$66306 (over AU$17000 bank saving and AU$49306 two years scholarship). As a result, we are not only be able to support our life in Australia and flights backing China after I graduate, but also able to travel around the country at least 2 times every year. As all I mentioned above, we believe we have provided all legal documents that could meet the visa requirements to support my wife obtain her visa. We would be very appreciate if you could help us meet in Australia sooner. Financial Requirements According to the visa application instruction, I (xxxi) am a fully funded international student with Assessment Level 1, so I do not need to provide additional financial requirement except the CoE (A2.4) and Enrolment Status Letter (A2.3). However, I still provide C1 : Evidence that Scholarship Covering XXXi’s tuition fee and providing living allowance, which is A2.3 and A2.4. C2.1: Evidence that OSHC covered by scholarship. C2.2: An email that prove the OSHC duel extension policy. C3: Bank statement from CommonwealthBank Australia. D. 600签证是新出台的旅游、探亲签证，并不是陪读签证啊。这个签证的停留时间是有限制的，应该不是你想要的陪读签证。 我刚刚粗略的看了一下访学的签证，你老公应该是402签证吧。我看了一下1402申请表的内容，是允许你和你老公持有一样的签证一起去澳洲的。你的签证也应该是402签证，时间和你老公的一样才对。 如果你老公还没有提交签证，你应该是和他一起提交，如果已经提交了，应该是要你自己单独提交一个类似的402签证。 应该不是600的。 参考一下这个网站吧 http://www.immi.gov.au/Visas/Pages/402.aspx http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1402.pdf |
