Dear Editor,
I am delighted your journal has decided to accept my paper but it feels that the charge is a bit high. I have published papers earlier on your journal (for the acceptance letter and charge see attached). At that time you had rules that a member could enjoy a discount of $100 for a paper. As we have limited funds, could we ask you to kindly consider any discount for us?
