打算投AIP Advances，需要1350刀的版面费，请问各位怎么具体付钱、报销 已有11人参与

之前投JAP, 被拒绝了，建议转投AIP Advances. 自己查了下信息，也决定投AIP Advances了。 这个期刊需要版面费，请问具体应该怎么进行付款以及后续的报销呢？ thx BTW, 应该怎么写个邮件给编辑部，表示自己想转投呢？ 下面是收到的转投信： Dear Dr. XXX, The American Institute of Physics, publisher of the Journal of Applied Physics, would like to offer you the opportunity to transfer your above mentioned manuscript to another one of its journals, AIP Advances. AIP Advances is an open access, online-only journal, covering all areas of applied physical science.
