摘 要 在全球经济一体化的形成和信息技术的迅猛发展的大好形势下，越来越多的供应链竞争同时也带来了一系列新的问题。本论文在委托代理理论的背景下，对供应链企业间信息协调问题进行了较为系统的研究。 本论文主要对供应链中的委托代理关系、委托代理关系中的信息协调问题和信息协调模型的建立三个基本问题进行了研究。在供应链委托代理关系方面，指出由于供应链是建立在各个企业主体之间的松散链，信息协调较难度量，因而供应链企业间存在委托代理关系，分析了委托代理关系出现的根本原因是由于供应链成员间信息共享机制不完善而导致的对成员的激励和监督的失败；对委托代理关系中的信息协调问题，分析了委托代理问题的产生原因、基本特征以及它与供应链管理结合的经济可行性，然后针对影响供应链信息协调的信息不对称问题，给出了通过使观测变量最多化而减少道德风险的信息共享解决方案；在信息协调模型建立上，本论文依托委托代理的基本模型，设立了一个通过让成员企业参与供应链剩余利润分配的监督——激励模型来促进供应链中的信息沟通与协调行为。这个模型把激励机制和监督机制有效的结合起来了，对处理委托代理关系中的信息不协调问题有重要的指导作用。 目前对供应链中的信息不协调问题的研究，采用的都是激励或监督的单一机制，而把二者有效结合起来的理论和方法的专门研究很少。本论文对已有的理论和方法进行有效的整合利用，不仅丰富了供应链管理理论，而且模型研究也结果为供应链管理部门提供了科学的决策参考依据。 关键词：供应链管理；委托代理关系；信息协调； |

Abstract In the great situation of global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology, more and more competition in the supply chain appears, which at the same time have also created a series of new problems. In this paper, in the context of the agent theory, we have a more systematic study on the supply chain coordination of information between enterprises. This paper mainly in the supply chain agency relations, agency relations information coordination and information coordination model of three basic questions were studied. In the supply chain agency relations, pointed out that as the supply chain is built on the various enterprises between the main loosely linked, and information coordination more difficult to measure, thus enterprises in the supply chain between the principal-agent relationship of principal-agent relationship is the fundamental reason why Because supply chain information sharing among members and led to the imperfect mechanism of the members of the incentive and supervision of the failure of the principal-agent relationship between the information in the coordination problems, the analysis of the principal-agent problem causes, basic features, as well as its supply chain management combination of economic viability and impact on the supply chain and then for the Coordination of Information on the problem of information asymmetry is given by making the most of the observed variables and reduce the risk of moral hazard information sharing solutions; coordination in the information model, this paper commissioned by relying on Agent basic model, by allowing the establishment of a supply chain members enterprises to participate in the supervision of the remaining distribution of profits - incentive model to promote the information in the supply chain communication and coordination between the acts. The model of the incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism effective combination, the principal-agent relationship to deal with the information in the uncoordinated issues important role in guiding. Present the information in the supply chain disharmony of the study are used incentives or supervision of a single mechanism, and to effectively combine both the theory and method of specialized research rarely. This paper has been on the theory and method of use of the effective integration, not only enriched the supply chain management theories, and research results for the model of supply chain management to provide a scientific basis for decision-making. In the encouraging background with the formation of global economic integration and fast development of information technology, more and more supply chain competitions have caused a series of new problems. This paper will study systematically the information coordination problem among supply chain enterprises in the context of entrusted agency theory. This paper will mainly discuss the three basic problems of entrusted agency relationship in the supply chain, information coordination in the entrusted agency relationship and construction of information coordination model. In the aspect of entrusted agency relationship in the supply chain, it has been pointed out that due to the loose chain connected between various enterprise entities, information coordination is difficult to be evaluated. Therefore entrusted agency relationship exists among enterprises in the supply chain, and the ultimate cause for such relationship is due to the incomplete share of information among supply chain members. As a result, it has been proved a failure in the ecouragement and supervision for members. On the problem of information coordination in the entrusted agency relationship, the author analysed the generation and basic character of entrusted agency, as well as the economic feasibility of combining entrusted agency with supply chain management. Then, according to the problem of information assymmetry which affects supply chain information coordination, he proposed a solution for information share by maximizing observation variables and reducing moral hazard. On constructing the information coordination model, the paper, relying upon the basic model of entrusted agency, establishes a supervision-encouragement model participated by member enterprises for distribution of supply chain surplus value, and therefore promotes the conduct of information communication and coordination. This model has combined the two mechanisms of encouragement with supervision, and plays an important role in directing the uncoordination problem in treating entrusted agency relationship. At present, a single mechanism of encouragement or supervistion has been adopted in the research of information uncoordination in the supply chain, while specific studies on theories and methods effectively combining the two are quite rare. This paper efficiently conforms and utilizes existing theories and methods. Not only does it abound in supply chain management theories, but also provide supply chain departments with references in scientific decisions.
