26号投稿，状态为Not assigned, 28号主编发来了邮件，内容如下： 28-Nov-2013 Dear xxx, I asked Dr. xxx （副主编）to serve as Associate Editor (AE) and lead the review of your manuscript entitled xxx. All efforts will be made to obtain expert assessments of your manuscript in an expedient fashion. You may contact the AE managing the review of your manuscript with pressing issues or concerns at xxx (副主编邮箱).However, out of respect for the AE's time, I ask that you (and your co-authors) refrain from submitting requests for status updates for a period of 7-8 weeks from today's date.
