[交流] A Late Appreciation

Today I wanna thank to all my foreign teachers who helped me with my English.
The first two English teachers are an English cute guy and a Judaic lady. It’s the first time I contacted English native speakers. The Englishman played some games with us, which made the class more interesting, and the Judaic lady was conscientious and smart, she communicated with us on many topics and shared her views with us. When their classes were over at the end of the term, some of us invited the lady to have lunch with us and I still remember the glee time with her right now.
I haven’t noticed that there’s sth. wrong with my English until I met with Stan, who’s a Chinese DJ but brought up in America. His method of learning English shocked me and from then on I began to realize what English was.
After that, I contacted with many foreign teachers from different countries (America, England, Australia, Canada, ……) ,with different accents. For instance:
--Ben, who criticized me for my being late and even let me go out of the class, however, corrected my writing himself after class. He’s a really good teacher.
--Billy, who spoke English slowly enough to let us follow him, taught us some traditional English dressings and recommended some books to us.
--Maria, a lovely blonde, a good friend of Frank, she’s out-going, taught us birthday songs, words about “superstition” and played games with us.
--Frank, a cute guy who actually is a Chinese but you can find little Chinese character in him. He wanted us to show him some fairy stories which’s a bit hard for us, you know.
--David, who’s from Chicago, if I remember correctly, taught us the different pronunciations between the south and north of America, and showed us yummy foods from all over the world.
--Terry, a smile’s always on his face, spoke a normal speed English and that’s the reason why I chose his class.
--Rebecca, taught us how to play Bingo and sth. supernatural.
--John, who loved guitar, photography, sang songs in bars and wrote articles sharing his moods and thoughts with us students. I learnt a lot from him.
--Simon, who had a good sense of humor and was more mature than other young foreign teachers, he liked to listen to our introductions and told us some stories.
--Norma, who had the same personality type as I did haha among all the 16 types and also a good teacher.
--Gabriel, a handsome dude who discussed some difficult topics (such as cosmos, strategy) with us, and had a Chinese girlfriend in the States.
--Steven, the one who had an independent personality and taught us more difficult things than our receptivity. Thanks to him, I began to watch “Community” which’s really funny.
--Matt, a little shy young man, he’s a rookie for teaching and also had a Chinese girlfriend in Changsha.
--Amy, lively enough, spoke English quick enough, I lost confidence when talking to her, but thanks to her, I played the “killers’ game” in an English edition.
--Evelyn, taught us the song “I said my pajamas and put on my prayers” and later usually saw him in café.
--Scott, an elder man who taught us some polite words and the words used in supermarket, pointed out my pronunciation problem.
--Philip, the name let me think about a brand of razor, right? He came from England, also liked dogs, I only went to his class for once or twice.
--Bryan, a dean of an English-teaching school, who had been in Australia for years and watched “Friends” ten times……Holy crap!
--Edward, who gave everyone a chance to speak English, each time a different topic.
……
Yesterday was Thanksgiving Day, I appreciate all my English teachers who improved my broken English, yeah, from the bottom of my heart.
