Super Long-Life Supercapacitors Based on the Construction of Nanohoneycomb-Like Strongly Coupled CoMoO4-3D Graphene Hybrid Electrodes
本文主要是湖南大学发表在Advanced Materials一篇文章。电容器的实际应用仍然由于低能量密度而受到限制。目前,大多的关注主要集中在具有高能量密度和更长的电池寿命的新纳米材料的合成及应用。该项研究中提出了一种像蜂巢状的CoMoO4纳米片作为电极材料,该结构具有杰出的电容特性和优越的长期循环稳定性,在非常大的充放电流密度(400 A/g)下,循环100 000次后,任然有96.36%的容量保持率,希望对大家有所帮助。

Although the charge-discharge processes of supercapacitors are faster than those of batteries, the practical application of supercapacitors is still limited by their low energy densities. Recently, much attention has been focused on the synthesis and application of new nanomaterials with superior electro-chemical performance of higher energy densities and longer battery lifetimes. Here we present a simple and cost-effective synthesis strategy for the growth of novel nanohoneycomb(NHC)-like CoMoO4 nanosheets on a three-dimensional (3D) graphene framework as electrode material for supercapacitors. The electrochemical measurements of the NHC-like strongly coupled CoMoO4-3D graphene hybrid (NSCGH) electrodes exhibit excellent specific capacitance and superior long-term cycle stability, with the specific capacitance retention rate of 96.36% after 100 000 cycles at a large charge-discharge current density (400 A/g). Both aqueous asymmetric supercapacitors based on NSCGH and active carbon as two electrodes, and symmetric superca-pacitors based on the same NSCGH as two electrodes showed high energy densities and good cycle stability (After 100 000 cycling, the asymmetric supercapacitor remained 87.42% of its initial specifi c capacitance.).
