[求助] 关于Renewable Energy期刊Technical note的求助

4月份投了一篇文章到Renewable Energy期刊，今天审稿意见回来，状态是Accept as Technical note with revision，编辑的意思是按审稿意见修改为Technical note，后面附了两个审稿意见。然后我去Renewable Energy杂质的guide for author，也没找到关于Technical note的任何说明，只有一个 with shorter technical notes between 600 and 2000 words in length.的长度要求，但是我查了最近发表的Technical note类型文章，字数都远超过2000了，不知道作何解释，还是Technical note不算short technical note？求投过这个期刊的过来人指点一二。
或者告诉下Technical note到底是算做什么类型的文章？

Technical Note 是一种文章类型，不同杂志给的名字不一样而已，communication, letter, note, etc. 你不需要纠结这个。
