论文修改中遇到求传感器的动力学数据问题，跪求！

| 投sensors and actuators B让修改，问题是：No information for reaction time. It is important binding reaction and its kinetics, e.g., km/kcat value. How fast reaction can be used for the detection of mercury? Add the detection time and reaction kinetics data, and show time profile for the sensitive detection upto detection limit via various concentrations of mercury. 我的疑问如下：（1）我的论文是做金纳米化学修饰比色法测汞离子的，我就不明白怎么让求km/kcat ，这两个值不是酶催化反应动力学中的参数么？(2) "time profile for the sensitive detection upto detection limit via various concentrations of mercury" 这个是让做什么呢？是让做不同浓度的吸光度随时间变化的曲线么？那是让做一个系列么？ 有同行的虫友们给点建议。小女子不胜感激！ |
