【学术简介】
教育经历:
1985年7月毕业于山东大学化学系，获理学学士学位，并在该系继续硕士研究生的学习，1988年7月获硕士学位。1990年7月考入中科院兰州化物所，攻读博士学位，并于1993年11月获得理学博士学位。之后，进入山东大学化学系任教。

研究经历:
1996年4月至1999年4月 在日本筑波工业技术研究院作博士后研究，重点考察了各种分散体系以及非离子性脂质体体系的稳定性。
? 2001年1月至2001年11月 在韩国国家科学技术研究院(KIST)生物药物研究中心做访问学者期间，对立方液晶作为抗癌药物(Taxol)的载体进行了研究，随后回到山东大学胶体与界面化学教育部重点实验室继续教学和科研工作。
? 2000到2002年 多次与日本福冈大学化学系井上亨教授进行合作，对立方液晶的相行为进行了深入的研究，积累了一定的经验。
? 2004年9月到12月 得到德国DAAD资助，作为访问学者到德国萨兰德大学生物药物与药物技术系进行合作。利用生物匹配原子力显微镜研究反相立方状液晶作为药物载体时，各种因素对该体系的生物亲和性能及微观结构的变化，进一步研究立方液晶包结和释放药物的机理。

1959年大连工学院四年制服博士研究生毕业留校任讲师，1980年大连工学院副教授，1983.7—1984.8 瑞士ETH Zurich访问学者，1986年大连工学院教授,博士生导师，1989.9—1989.11 保加利亚索菲亚高等化工学院访问学者，2001年当选为中国工程院院士。

染料、表面活性剂、精细化工合成国家重点实验室第一任主任。

主要学术及社会兼职:
曾任中国化工学会精细化工第三届专业委员会主任委员，现任现任中国化工学会理事，中国精细化工专业委员会副主任委员；《染料与染色》、《精细化工》、《感光科学与光化学》、《化学与粘合》、《精细与专用化学品》等多种期刊编委会主任委员和委员；华南理工大学等校兼职教授。

李干佐，教授、博士生导师。1938年3月生，金坛城西人，1956年在我校高中毕业。1960年7月毕业于山东大学化学系，并留校工作；1980年～1982年在美国Missouri大学作访问学者；1986年～1994年担任化学系副主任、主任，化学院副院长；1990年受日本学术振兴会邀请去六个大学、两个研究所作学术报告和交流；1995年受香港中文大学、1997年受美国Clarkson大学之邀作访问教授；担任《J.Disp.Tech.Sci》杂志和《化学学报》等杂志编委。
主要研究领域有：⒈表面活性剂缔合结构（胶束，微乳液，液晶，囊泡等）形成、相态、性质等研究和应用。⒉以微环境为反应介质，开展化学反应，光化学反应，酶催化反应，纳米粒子制备等研究。⒊把表面活性剂体系用于三次采油、油田开发、日用化学工业等领域。
几十年来，培养硕士生20多名、博士生18名，在科研上先后主持“六五”（部级）、“七五”、“八五”、“九五”（均国家级）三次采油重点科技攻关等6项；承担“九五”攀登B计划，国家科委专项，国家自然科学基金等6项。至今出版著作8本，在国内外重要杂志上发表论文近300篇（其中SCI收录近100篇）。获得国家专利5项，获省部级二等奖6项，三等奖5项。
目前担任国际杂志《J.Disp.Tech.Sci》编委，《化学学报》等编委。全国日化刊物编委会常委等。山东省化学化工学会，表面活性剂专业委员会主任。享受政府特殊津贴和山东省专业技术拔尖人才津贴。
1960.7毕业于山大化学系并留校工作。
1980---1982去美国Mussuri Unvi. 作访问学者, 师从着名胶体化学家 S.E.Friberg 教授，回国后建立表面活性剂物理化学研究室。
1990,1995,1997年先后受日本学术振兴会, 香港中文大学, 美国 Clakson大学邀请作访问教授。
1986—1993 先后担任系付主任, 主任, 付院长。1990年开始在中科院兰州化物所合招博士生。现已培养硕士生25名，博士生16名。
1991年先后担任 日用化学工业,J.Disp.Sci.Tech. 和 化学学报等杂志编委。
1990年以来一直担任中国洗涤剂协会科技委员。
