求投过Materials Letters文章或者懂得MATLAB的人帮忙解释一下是什么意思

Materials Letters文章改了好几次，最后一次基本没什么问题了，但编辑就提出了如下一个要求，不是很明白是什么意思，求解 PLEASE NOTE: Materials Letters would like to enrich online articles by displaying interactive figures that help the reader to visualize and explore your research results. For this purpose, we would like to invite you to upload figures in the MATLAB .FIG file format as supplementary material to our online submission system. Elsevier will generate interactive figures from these files and include them with the online article on SciVerseScienceDirect. If you wish, you can submit .FIG files along with your revised submission. |
