[交流] 神一样的期刊（转载） 已有15人参与

有一份期刊叫做Journal of Universal Rejection（JofUR）。 这份期刊的建立宗旨，就是一个字：拒。 所有投稿，不分质量，都会被拒掉。 徽章拉丁文意为“被拒是肯定的，时间是不知道的”（仿拉丁谚语mors certa, hora incerta）。 虽然有这个显而易见的缺点，但是编辑们还是给出了向此期刊投稿的几个重要理由： ·无需为你的手稿而没日没夜地焦虑，你会百分之百地知道它最后的结局。 ·没有版面费。 ·既然烂期刊都是来者不拒，那么我们的期刊作为它们的极端对立面，岂不是最好的期刊？ ·面对如此独一无二的好期刊，哪怕仅仅是投稿也是巨大的荣誉。 ·投稿之后你依然拥有完整的版权，就算我们还没有完成评审你也可以随意投给其它期刊。 ·决定通常（但不总是）能在数小时内给出。 本刊每年出版4期，订阅费$9999.99。机构和图书馆订阅价格面议。我们也不知道是电子版还是印刷版，因为还没有一个人定过。 部分过刊目录： •March 2009 (Vol 1, No 1) contents: •(空) •June 2009 (Vol 1, No 2) contents: •(空) •September 2009 (Vol 1, No 3) contents: •(空) •December 2009 (Vol 1, No 4) contents: •(空 - 因为我们放假了) •March 2010 (Vol 2, No 1) contents: •(空 ) •June 2010 (Vol 2, No 2) contents: •(空 ) •September 2010 (Vol 2, No 3) contents: •(空 ) •December 2010 (Vol 2, No 4) contents: •(服务器崩溃，内容丢失——应该也是空) 虽然内容是空的，但是他们的博客会定期刊登拒信选摘。 比如这篇很贱的回复……亮点自寻…… Dear N , It is my pleasure to respond to your submission of "The Anxiety of Reproduction in Classical Greek Political Theory" to the Journal of Universal Rejection. It is getting hard to keep up with even a trickle of submissions here at JofUR.It is sadly true that we're approaching the response-time of some other well-respected journals. (It is a funny story--I once had a paper out for review for over two years before retracting it to submit elsewhere.) It is probably all caused by the fact that I got a job. It is causing me to have so little time that, for example, with your paper, I have decided to just consider the first two words: "It is..." It is very bad form to start a paper with "It is..."It is the worst of beginnings!  It is grounds for immediate rejection. It is rejected.
