Recently, The documentary Tea: story of the leaf showed on CCTV, it is raising a storm among the people whose works are related to tea or those who love drinking tea. The first episode, the temperature of Land and palm, aired in CCTV1 on November 18 and relevant videos was widely shared the second day. In this episode, typical products of six kinds of tea were introduced, such as Longjing Tea (the green tea), Mengding Huangya (the yellow tea), Lapsang Souchong (the black tea), Tibetan tea (the dark tea), Wuyi Yancha (Oolong tea). The story of tea is also the story of people, tea has affect many lives in various ways. Thousands years ago, tea was spread from southwest of China. Today, people living there is still holding their tradition of drinking tea. “we will return to bring the tea instead of lunch ” tells the indispensable of tea in their daily lives, and the Blang nationality is a typical representative. They believe every tea plant has a soul, a grand ceremony is carried out to gather tea souls every year. During the event, people will use the best tea to worship those immortal souls, hoping they will continue to bless the people living on this land. When the boiled water is poured into the teacup, tea leaves are floating on the surface, With the passage of time, the leaves will slowly sink into the bottom of the cup. Just like the life itself.
