Electrochemistry Communications是如何计算图片个数的？

最近投了一篇文章到Electrochemistry Communications上面，结构第二天就收到编辑的信，说文字超了。我拼了三张图，每张图中都包含不同数量的小图，结果编辑说我的图相当于4.5幅图。不知道编辑是如何计算出来的4.5幅图，请问各位大侠有知道的吗？我在Guide for Authors中没有找到相关的内容。 For Communication Length please observe the following formula: Total number of words + 200 x (No of figures + No of tables) < 3000. Your paper currently contains 2440 words and the equivalent in space of 4.5 figures. According to the formula above, this is the equivalent of 3340 words, which is too long for this journal. |
