Imines 10were obtained as brown oils, which were utilised without further purification. 3.A mixture of cyclohexanecarboxaldehyde (1.23 g,10 mmol), 4-methoxyaniline (1.23 g, 10 mmol) and magnesium sulfate (2.41 g) in chloroform (10 mL) was stirred at rt for 2 h. 1.以定量的收率制备脂肪族对甲氧基苯亚胺：条件如下---溶剂为二氯甲烷，硫酸镁作为除水剂（2g），对应的醛（10 mmol，1当量）和对甲氧基苯胺（10 mmol，1当量）混合搅拌2h。 2.制备对甲氧基苯亚胺：条件如下---二氯甲烷作为溶剂，对应的醛（10 mmol，1当量）和对甲氧基苯胺（10 mmol，1当量）混合，在分子筛存在的条件下，室温搅拌2h，再在惰性气体条件下反应16h。所得到的的亚胺为棕色油状物，无需进一步纯化。 3.环己烷甲醛（1.23g，10mmol），4-甲氧基苯胺（1.23g，10mmol），硫酸镁（2.41g）混合，以氯仿（10ml）为溶剂，室温搅拌2h。反应结束后，以碳酸钾为滤饼过滤，然后再浓缩，得到化合物2c。 （纯手工翻译） |
