Postdoctoral Research Fellow in hybrid semiconductor nanostructures 已有5人参与

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research fellow position in Nanyang Technological University. The researcher will be expected to undertake the fabrication and characterization of hybrid semiconductor nanostructures along with their optoelectronic property evaluation. Applicants should have a good first degree and, by the start date, a doctorate in physics, materials science and engineering, chemistry or a closely-related subject area. Skills in electron microscopy and Raman/PL spectroscopy will be desirable. A strong track record of publication will be preferably considered.
