[交流] Do you look like your father or your mother, or any other family member?

Many of my friends have given birth to their children. Evey time we see the kids' pictures we may comment on who they look like. And for you, have you received similar comments? When I was a pupil, some neighbours said that both my appearance and character were close to that of my grandmother (my father's mother) who was not talkative, did things slowly, but kind, smiled often. My aunt also insisted I looked like my grandfather (my mother's father). He was very thin and generous. Unfortunately my dear grandfather died this June out of lung cacer.
In the middle school, I kept short hair as my elder sister did. She is two years oler, not much taller than me At that time we sometimes happened to wear clothes in similar colours. She worked in the county, I studied in the town, so both of us rarely went home. At the end of the year we met together and walked in our village. The passers-by would remark that we were twin sisters. My deskmate in the high school, rommates in the college, and some friends in the graduate stage were also surprised by that after they saw my sister's pictures. Actually my sister gets a short temper and extroverted, so easy to blend in a new environment. In the contrary, I am quite different though I am more cheerful now. Besides, in these ten years she sustains short hair and I star to wear long hair.
As I grow up, There are many times I am deemed to be similar to my mother, especially the eyes. Others also think I look like my father. Therefore, I find it interesting to comment on other kids' appearance recently.
