IEEE trans. 的revise and resubmitt的文章接收率高吗？ 已有9人参与

8月份投了一篇IEEE trans. ，10月底收到审稿意见，两个审稿人均给出了较为正面的评价，一个审稿人建议小修，另一个审稿人可能给的大修，总共五条意见。但编辑还是给了revise and resubmit，有点小郁闷，但好歹还是给机会了，昨天已将修改稿重新提交了。在这里请教各位大神，第二轮审稿的时间会比第一轮快吗？还有就是我昨天提交Response to reviewer的文件是在response to decision letter那一栏提交的附件，后面提交完成后下载系统的view submission没有看到我的Response to reviewer的部分，请问编辑是单独把Response to reviewer文件发给审稿人吗？ Reviewer's Comments: Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author Conclusion: Minor Revision In this paper, xx was developed, which is an interesting and attracting xx for the development of xx. The reviewer’ comment is minor revision, and some suggestions are as follows: 1. The SEM image of xx was given in Fig.2(b), however, since three samples had been prepared for the different time, it is suggested that the SEM analysis of all the samples were supplemented. 2. The xx mechanism of xx should be investigated; it is the chemical adsorption or the physical adsorption? Reviewer: 2 Comments to the Author It is interesting and novel that the authors fabricated a xx. The following issues should be considered by the authors to improve the quality of the paper. My major concerns are as below: 1.What amount of the depositing of xx? 2.The surface microstructure of the xx will affect their xx. Therefore, the authors should show the SEM of xx,xx,xx, respectively. 3.How about xx? |
