| 烯烃复分解反应(Olefin metathesis reactions)是指在金属卡宾配合物与烯烃催化反应下,反应中烯烃双键断裂重组得到新的烯烃和新的卡宾配合物的过程。目前已研究出烯烃复分解反应的各种基本类型并广泛应用于医药和聚合物工业之中,烯烃复分解反应涉及金属催化剂存在下烯烃双键的重组,有效的催化剂使得合成过程更便捷,生产效率更高,相对于其他反应,该反应副产物及废物排放少,更加环保。目前研究出复分解反应类型及催化剂,复分解反应催化剂是复分解反应能否实现的核心问题,烯烃复分解反应的研究历城,从发现到得到广泛应用,实际上也就是催化剂发展、改进的过程。所以,复分解反应催化剂的设计、改进十分重要。烯烃复分解反应具有反应条件温和,产率较高以及具有出色的官能团适应性等性质,所以具有非常广泛的应用空间,目前已广泛的应用于天然产物的全合成、特性材料合成、制药等领域。 |

Olefin metathesis reactions refer to a process of obtaining new olefin and new carbene through alkene double bond breakage and recombination under the catalytic reactions of metal carbene composition and olefin. At present, various basic types of Olefin metathesis reactions have been studied and widely used in Pharmaceutical and polymer industries. Olefin metathesis reactions involve in recombination of alkene double bond in the presence of metal catalysts, and the effective catalysts make the synthesis process more convenient and higher productive efficiency. Compared with other reactions, the by-products and the discharge of wastes are rare, which is more environmental protected. Currently, the type of metathesis reactions and catalysts have been studied. Metathesis catalysts are the core issues of whether metathesis reactions can be achieved. The research course of olefin metathesis reactions, from discovery to wide use, is actually the process of catalysts development and improvement. Therefore, the design and improvement of metathesis catalysts are extremely important. Olefin metathesis reactions have properties of mild reaction conditions, higher productivity and excellent functional adaptation, thus having very broad application space, which has now been widely used in many fields such as total synthesis of natural products, properties materials synthesis, and pharmacy.
