请大家帮出主意--是否继续投这个杂志

最近投了一篇文章，当时也没细看，匆忙之间就投了！现在已修回，但是这个杂志目前还不是SCi 收录，稿费也是需要1500美元。 请大家帮看一下，这个杂志还有必要投吗 The Journal of Tissue Engineering, published by SAGE, provides an open access and rigorously peer reviewed forum for the publication of scientific research in the field of tissue engineering and its clinical application. Journal of Tissue Engineering is indexed by PubMed but has not been tracked for long enough to have an Impact Factor but it is nonetheless possible to calculate an unofficial Impact Factor which is 2.79* Journal of Tissue Engineering can also offer: - 32 days from submission to first decision^ - 30 days from acceptance to online publication^ - PubMed indexing - Open Access publication which means the JTE has wide and high readership levels Tissue engineering brings together the knowledge of cells, cellular environment and materials, and this can be coupled with biochemical cues to improve or regenerate tissue and their function. JTE publishes research aimed at understanding and developing these technologies for patient benefit. The high quality of the JTE is maintained by an eminent editorial board backed up by a rigorous peer review process.
