The results show that under non salt stress conditions and compared with the control group, all BCD-treated groups have had their seed germination rates somewhat increased. The lengths of germs and radicles as well as germ proline content all rise and in particular the rise is significant when BCD concentration is at 10‰ ( P< 0.05). Under salt stress and relative to the control group, the seed germination rates of BCD-treated groups all rise and the lengths of germs and proline content rise, too. The rises are significant when BCD concentration is at 40‰ ( P< 0.05) instead. 供参考 注意给出的中文最后一句说到“胚芽的长度和脯氨酸含量有所上升”, 而不是像第一句里“胚芽和胚根的长度、胚芽脯氨酸含量有所上升”,请楼主确认。如果是应该同样表达的,就可以参照第一句的修改下。 |
