Some day I analyzed that: the pairs of whom each is the only generation in his family and both of whom hold the rural household registrations are allowed to give birth to the second child. Then unfortunately, the pair with one in urban household, the other in rural household does not have that right. But in rural families, maybe 80% of them has more than one kid. You can see, it is a little unfair and ridiculous though I have no plan on that. For the suatainble development of our country and the earth a smaller size of family may be better. However, in ethics it is quite awkward.

Maybe you have not seen the other part of the world. For me I am so glad that I grow up together with my elder sister and younger brother. We never complained and now never regret that our opportunities and quality of life were perhaps narrowed for the stress coming from raising us up due to the big size of family. In my home we know the happiness from sharing, helping, concerning and in sum growing together in different ways, which can not easily be replaced by friendship or anything else. Nevertheless, family planning is reasonable to some degree.

For the young genergtion living in the urban, we do not have much time and money to raise two or more children. The pressure from housing and working makss people having no more  vigour to raise two children, expect the ones from rich faimily.
