| 之后,对其应变路径进行分析。6个点考虑温度的应变路径如图所示。为方便观察,将6条三维曲线投影到主应变与次应变平面中,可知6个点应变路径比较简单,只有3号点应变路径较为复杂,其他点基本处于拉-压状态(拉延),但各点温度较低(780°C),温度低的情况下,材料的流动性降低。因此,虽然应变路径较为简单,但同样出现了开裂现象。同时,出现开裂的现象也与拐角处拉延筋过高有关。此时,降低拉延筋高度至原始尺寸的三分之二。当减小了拉深筋阻力,相对降低了该处的进料阻力。增大模具型面台阶处的圆角半径。使转角处进料趋于容易。降低拉延筋高度后,成形件的应变值均位于成形极限面以下,处于安全区域。分析6个点的应变路径后,发现应变路径基本上都处于拉-压状态,且温度大部分都高于800°C。 |

After this, its strain path is analysed. Strain paths of six points considering temperature are shown in the figure. For convenience of observation, six 3-dimensional curves are projected onto the primary and secondary strain plane respectively. It is realised that all the strain paths are simple and only that for point 3 is slightly more complex while all the others being fundamentally in a stretching-press state (drawing). The temperatures at the points, however, are low (780°C) and at a low temperature, the mobility of the material is reduced. Hence, though the strain paths are rather simple, cracking nevertheless occurs. At the same time, this cracking has also to do with the excessively high drawbead at the corner. In this case the drawbead height is reduced to 2/3 of the original. Reducing the drawbead resistance implies reduced the local material feeding resistance. Increasing the radius of rounded corner at the step for the die parting surface will make it easier to feed the material at the corner. After reducing the drawbead height, the strain values of the semifinished parts are all below limiting forming plane and therefore safe. After analysing the strain paths of all six points, it is found that all strain paths are in principle in stretching-press state and the temperatures are mostly over 800°C. 时间有限,参考 |
