[交流] Have you been bullied in the workplace?

Hazing and harassment are not uncommon in the workplace, even in highly masculinised environments.

As we all know, most of hazing is gender-related.
When it comes to gender in the workplace, it's easily associated with women.
However, sometimes it can be more obvious in male-dominated world because of a lack of social support for males.

Have you ever experienced hazing in the workplace?
Are you willing to share your experience with us?
Do you think it's necessary to introduce some regulations in order to protect men from harassment when at work?

yes, i have been harassed by some girl many times in my lab,she always touch my chin and force me to make a smile to 'ye' which she call herself.
i am willing to share with you guys when i have time, for it's a long story.
i think it's not that necessary to protect men from harassment when at work. why only he be harassed? the main reason is that the man is so girly.
