| B柱直壁破裂的原因是由法兰区温度的差异和应变路径的改变共同造成的。当毛坯尺寸不合理时，破裂危险部位对应的法兰处毛坯过大。在压边力的作用下，毛坯尺寸越大，进料阻力就会越大，同时法兰处于正向压力作用而快速降温，当温度降低到500 °C以下时，变形抗力增强，阻碍材料向中间流动，导致直壁破裂。另一方面，由于模具型面采用台阶式，成形过程中毛坯进料要滑过两个圆角，多经过两次弯曲反弯曲变形，导致直壁处应变路径由拉深状态经过平面应变状态再到双拉状态，复杂的应变路径导致破裂更加容易产生。当减小法兰处板料时，减薄严重位置应变路径为单纯的拉深状态，因此减小破裂发生的可能性。 |

The reason of B column straight-wall broken was caused by the different temperature of the flange area and the alteration of strain paths. When the size of workblank was unreasonable, workblank of the flange area at fracture risk parts would oversize. With the action of blank holder force, the size of the workblank larger, the resistance of feedstock would be greater. In the meantime, flange cooled down rapidly because it was in the positive pressure. When the temperature was below 500°C, resistance of deformation would be enhanced, hinder material flow in the middle, led to the straight wall rupture. On the other hand, because the mo(u)lding surface of mould was stepped, feedstock of workblank would glide two rounded corners during the forming process. Two more bending deflection and reverse bending deformation would happen, resulting in strain paths of straight-wall at first was deep drawing state, then plane strain state, at last in the double pull state. Complicated strain paths lead to burst occur more easily. Once sheet of the flange area was reduced, strain paths of thinning serious position was simple deep drawing state, so it could decrease the possibility of rupture. 仅供参考 |

The reason why the vertical wall of B column fractures is due to the joint effect of temperature variation in flange area and the change of strain pathway. When dimensions of the raw work pieces are not adequate, the excessive size at the flange corresponds to the potentially fracture prone area. By the effect of side force, the greater the dimension of the work piece, the more resistance it is when being fed into the die. At the same time, the flange area quickly cools down due to normal pressure and when the temperature is below 500°C, deformation resistance increases, which prevents the material from flowing into the centre, hence causing fracture. On the other hand, the work piece, while being fed during forming process, must slide pass two rounded corners, as the die parting surface is stepwise. Because of deformations after multiple bendings forth and back, strain pathway at the vertical wall shifts from pure stretching, via plane strain， to double stretching and this complicated strain pathway makes fracture much more likely to occur. When reducing the dimension at flange, the strain pathway at most reduced location is pure stretching only and hence the likelihood of fracture is reduced. 供参考 |
