【 职场英语点滴01】英语交际365---面试问答（常见问答） 要接受用英文进行的面试，无论英语多好的求职者，都会有些紧张，很多人都会临场发挥不佳。所以对于一些常见的可预测的问题，还是提早做些准备比较好。 惯用单句 你怎样描述自己的个性? How would you describe your personality? ○ I always take the initiative in every situation and I am aggressive. 我办事主动，有进取心。 ★ describe v.描述，描绘 ★ personality n.个性，人格 ★ initiative n.主动 ★ aggressive a.有进取心的，有闯劲的 你最大的长处是什么?What’s your greatest strength? ○ I manage my time perfectly so that I can always get things done on time. 我极懂分配时间，因此总能准时完成任务。 你的缺点是什么?What are your weak points? ○ I'm afraid I'm a perfectionist. 恐怕我是个完美主义者。 ★ perfectionist n.完美主义者 你为什么想来我们公司工作?Why do you want to work for us? ○ Frankly speaking, I'm interested in being an assistant. 坦率地说，是因为我对助理工作很感兴趣。 ★ assistant n.助理，助手 你期望拿到什么样的薪水?
