请问根瘤菌比较常用的看家基因是哪几种？

please analyse some more housekeeping genes (seven in total) of isolates. 这是审稿人给我的一条建议，我只知道其中的四条，比如nifh,nod,rec,atpd,其他的我就不知道了，请大家告诉我相应的看家基因及兼并引物。谢谢 |
