[求助] Gaussian 09 安装：source .bashrc文件遇到问题，急求援助！！！

source .bashrc文件遇到问题：
/home/gauss/g09/bsd/g09.profile: line 43: /home/gauss/g09/gau-machine: Argument list too long
/home/gauss/g09/bsd/g09.profile: line 83: /home/gauss/g09/bsd/g09.profile: Argument list too long

貌似是g09.profile的问题？

我找到g09.profile，发现第43行的内容为：mach=”$(gau-machine)，这是该文件本来就有的东西
第83行：. $g09root/g09/bsd/g09.profile，这是我后来加的


咋回事啊这是，看不出毛病啊，麻烦高虫给指点下啊！

这是文件里本来就带的东西啊，应该不会错的吧
看Argument list too long，应该是argument list太长，咋整捏？

不要去改g09.profile文件，很可能是你的 g09root 变量设置有问题。安装gaussian基本只要做下面的source用的脚本文件即可：

#for csh
setenv g03root /home/xxxxx/calcsoft/g03d0x
source $g03root/g03/bsd/g03.login


#for bash
export g09root=/public/software/g09
source $g09root/g09/bsd/g09.profile

建议不要用g09.profile，直接把需要的变量写在.bashrc里面。
