被拒了, 还有必要修改重投吗?

投SCi，被据稿，请帮我看看文章修改后应该改投还是重投？ 编辑：Thank you for choosing to submit your article for consideration for publication in CrystEngComm. Please find the reviewers’ reports on your manuscript copied below.
