求大神帮忙润色几句摘要，小女子提前感谢了~~

我英语比较差，麻烦大神帮忙润色一下，金币不够可以追加的？提前O(∩_∩) Results Compared with the control group，the number of peripheral white blood cell（WBC），red blood cell（RBC），hemoglobin（HGB），lymphocyte（LYMF）and granulocyte（GRAN）of model group decreased significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Furthermore，varying degrees of damages in bone marrow megakaryocyte cells were revealed by the smears of bone marrow. Compared with the model group，the number of peripheral WBC of drug-treated groups increased significantly（P < 0.01），especially in the group of rhG-CSF of the WBC and GRAN（P < 0.01）.The number of blood cells of guinea pigs in the group with medium dose of Zhengyuan Prescription increased significantly（P < 0.01 or P < 0.05），while the organ indexes of heart，liver，spleen，lung，kidney had no significant changes（P > 0.05）. Bone marrow smears showed that Zhengyuan Prescription medium dose group had a better therapeutic effect on the bone marrow nucleated cells and megakaryocytic cells system suppressed by CTX. 楼主翻译的很好了，修改了一点点，供参考。 将结果与对照组比较，发现模型组豚鼠的外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、淋巴细胞、粒细胞数量均发生不同程度的减少（P < 0.05或P < 0.01），从骨髓涂片可知骨髓巨核细胞也受到了不同程度的破坏。与模型组比较，各给药组的白细胞数量均显著上升（P < 0.01），以rhG-CSF组白细胞、粒细胞数量增加最为显著（P < 0.01）。正源方中剂量组豚鼠血细胞数显着增加（P <0.01或P <0.05），而心，肝，脾，肺，肾器官指标均无显着变化（P>0.05）。骨髓涂片显示正源方中剂量组对环磷酰胺抑制的骨髓有核细胞和巨核细胞系统修复作用最好。结论：正源方能够促进环磷酰胺所致豚鼠骨髓抑制外周血的恢复和骨髓细胞的再生，且对豚鼠的骨髓造血系统有一定的保护作用。 |

楼主的英文已经很不错了，不过既然楼主说要润色，在下就不避吹毛求疵之嫌了，一点小建议供参考 (改了的用大写）。 1. Results Compared with THOSE OF the control group，the number of peripheral white blood cell（WBC），red blood cell（RBC），hemoglobin（HGB），lymphocyte（LYMF）and granulocyte（GRAN）of THE model group ALL decreased significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). 2. 楼主用了几次 decreased significantly 或者 increased significantly。为了文章更加明确，可否考虑给出大概的变化呢（如from 15% to 30%或者反过来)，或者换个表达方式 3. 在文中提到的几个group,似乎不是很清楚，但在下是外行，：control group, model group, drug-treated groups, group of rhG-CSF, Zhengyuan Prescription medium dose group. 可否澄清下？ 4. 。。。lung AND kidney 5. Conclusions 一般用复数 |

我是外行，大概改了一下。楼主一定注意中文标点符号和英文标点符号的区别，楼主英文里大部分符号都是中文标点符号。 Results Compared to the guinea pigs from control group, the number of peripheral white blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), lymphocyte (LYMF) and granulocyte (GRAN) decreased significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) in those from model group. Varying degrees of damage were also observed in megakaryocyte cells of model group by bone marrow smears. Compared to the guinea pigs from this model group, the number of peripheral WBC increased significantly (P < 0.01) in guinea pigs from drug-treated groups, among which the most significant increases were observed for WBC and GRAN in rhG-CSF-treated ones (P < 0.01). As far as medium-dose Zhengyuan-treated guinea pigs are concerned, the numbers of WBC, RBC, HGB, LYMF and GRAN are all remarkably increased (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05), while no significant changes were observed for the organ indexes of heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney (P > 0.05). Revealed by bone marrow smear, medium-dose Zhengyuan has the best therapeutic effect in all drugs tested on bone marrow nucleated cells and megakaryocytic cells suppressed by CTX. Conclusion Zhengyuan promotes the recovery of peripheral blood and the regeneration of bone marrow cells of guinea pigs induced by CTX, and thus has a protective effect on the bone marrow hematopoietic system. |

| 看得出来楼主是用CTX造模做实验的。中文表达还算清楚，但英文表达就有问题了。你英文实际想说的是CTX造模动物和没使用CTX的平常动物之间是有差异的，通常英文是以“naive animal"表示未作任何处理的动物，以“……treated animal”来明确的表达与未处理动物间比较，而不用“Model animal”（这是受中文“造模动物”影响的痕迹，在你这篇短文中，这类痕迹不少）。书写英文的专业文章最忌讳的是“无特定性”，那样的话使人看了吃力和费解，不能一目了然。通常英文专业文章语法、单词（对专业人士而言）都不是什么难题，关键是符合专业表达习惯，否则交流起来就很吃力。人家可以懂你的英文，但不懂你想说啥。供您参考。 |
