有哪位老师帮忙看看下面这段话里面提到的离心管是哪样的？可否给推荐几个？ Place a small stir bar to the upper part of the two-part centrifuge tube.Record the total weight of the upper part(without the cap) and the stir bar. Accurately weighed and transfer about 40mg of sample into the upper part of the centrifuge tube containing the stir bar, add 2mL of the buffer solution. Cap the tube, invert and place it on a magnetic stirrer. Stire the slurry for 30min. Centrifuge the slurry at about 3500rpm 90min. |
