I have read your paper and came to the conclusion that it does requires professional copy editing. You have a lot of data, but the writing style is not particularly reader friendly and indeed I felt the discussion on fuzzy modeling could have been largely left to an appendix as it interrupts the flow of the paper. I would consider a resubmission, but currently I am reluctant to send the present manuscript to referees.  |
