我刚刚看到学校随ds表寄过来的J1handbook，上面写着：Two year home residence reguirement， if you are subject to this requirement， you dependents are also have the same restrictions？
稍微有些偏差。
除了Two year home residence，还要受24 monthes bar的限制。也就是说J1项目结束以后，再过两年你才可以申请csc的访问学者项目。
Two year home residence是指你在自己的国家必须带够2年，时间累积够2年就可以。中间你可以去其他国家。
24 monthes bar是指两年内，你不可以申请美国的J类访问学者项目。这个是美国的法律，就算csc同意都没办法申请。
