好不容易写了篇英文，投稿连续被拒，最近终于有一个杂志让修回，三个审稿意见，一个接受，一个大修，一个小修，按要求修回了坐等被接受，结果今天发邮件这么说，The manuscript has been reviewed by the editorial board members of the journal and independent experts in the field.Based on the reviewers comments, it was felt that additional work would be needed to make this work sufficiently significant to our readership，xxxxxxx receives many more manuscripts each year than can
possibly be published. For this reason we are sometimes compelled to decline manuscripts based primarily on the perceived level of interest or "novelty"
of the work。这算是被拒了么，悲了个催的，马上就要毕业了，怎么破啊，文章啊文章
