JMD被拒，求助是否重投

三个审稿人，两个评价很高，一个有很大意见，AE和EIC就直接给拒了，EIC发邮件说可以重投 Review has been completed on your paper, MD-13....... Based on the comments received, the evaluation returned, and the recommendation of the Associate Editor, I regret to inform you that your paper has been declined for publication in the Journal of Mechanical Design. The reviewers’ comments are available at the Journal’s website. Your submission is perceived to have merit, but the reviewers raised significant concerns. Therefore, if you believe you can address these concerns successfully, I encourage you to perform a thorough revision and submit a new manuscript. If you do so, please include in the new submission a single pdf file that has a cover letter with (i) the number MD-13-.... of the first submission, (ii) the name of Dr. ...... as the AE that conducted the previous review, and (iii) a detailed description of how you addressed the comments from the review of the first submission. Then include this cover letter with your new manuscript. Again, please submit all materials in a single pdf file to assist in our manuscript tracking process. Thank you for your interest and efforts in taking the time to submit this material.
