My whining

Life is not easy when you get involved into a relationship. Let me tell you my story that happened in these two years. My girl friend is almost two years old than me ,not a big deal for me,but she felt very reluctant when someone else was asking her about me and said that wow you got a young boyfriend which make her really pissed off and complained quite a lot on me . I have to console her everytime in this situation and tell her sweetie ,i gonna marry you next year. We've been know each other for 14 years . i'm 25 now and we were classmates of middle school .high school and unbelievable things is that same major of differect class in same university , til graduate school that i finally made up my mind to pursue her ,cuz frankly i got a crush on her when i was in middle school . i feel that i actually reallly want to be with her . Our relationship was determined on 26 April 2012 . Then My parents purchased a house for me , Holy F** why the house price is so F**ing expensive . The house began to decorate yesterday . My girl friend said she can't wait any more which is really made me mad .My family have've been working really hard on this marriage stuff ,house stuff , invite her family to dinner ,meeting each other's parents . It's just i really need , not a little but a little more time to make all things done before marriage. My girlfriend is grumpy and a little violent but i think it's kinda cute, but things i can't bear is she like comparing with others and then vent her anger on me .No matter what i do,she always feel insecure and her mood swing in a great scale .Sometimes she's a kitty ,a while later, a demon Can't wait til the next year to marry her ,maybe things could be better . |

Hi mate, after reading your post, I could not help to write something. First your English is great and it flows so well and that is why the writing becomes so locking. The second is reflection on your saying "life is not easy ..." and it reminds me about another common saying "life is not fair". One particular aspect I wish to point out is the notion of take and give. Relationship, as well love, friendship, and naturally marriage are all about take and give. In any relationship take and give are just two sides of a coin - must appear in pairs. As human beings, we are often attracted by the things that we can take out of a relationship but fail to think of the giving aspect. I dare say many a times a marriage or relationship collapses just due to either or both only wish to take, but not to give. With a marriage comes responsibility (we have to take, not give ) for our loved one, her/his family members and then of course our children. Sometimes one does get burdened by these responsibilities and that is likely why there are some runaway brides/bridegrooms.I won't sit here bubbling more on this, rather I wish to recommend you to have a real heart-to-heart chat with your bride with the intention of finding how to make her happy in the marriage, and of course how to make you happy as well. This may require you to find out why (if there is a real reason) she sometimes is not happy (is there anything she has in mind but not able to tell you?). Of course you need to pick the right time/place etc for this chat and you should let her feel you really mean to make her happy and eager to get a clue from her on how. With this all the best to you both and I am sure you will not let her down Cheers |
