1、序列的长度是如何影响注释的严格性的？ annotation stringency我翻译为“注释的严格性” 2、E值的截断目的是为了限制先前注释基因在解读(遗传密码)中数据的不确定性。 E—value cutoff,E值截断；reads,解读(遗传密码)，解(码)；译出(遗传信息)；annotated genes，注释基因 3、同一性阈值百分比是如何影响注释序列的比例的？ percent identity threshold，我翻译为“同一性阈值百分比”；identity译为“同一性” annotated sequence可以译为注释序列 拙见，仅供参考 |
