With the increasment of baking temperature, it is easy for intermolecular and intramolecular of hemicellulose to form hydrogen bond then off the formation of the hydroxyl group in water. Simultaneously,there occurs decarboxylation, the fracture of glycosidic bond , the breaking of the C-O group ring, the breaking of the C-C bond, and the formation of a number of acids, alcohols, aldehydes, ethers such the tar substances.Previous studies showed that acetic acid is the primary organic component in liquid pyrolysis products , the primary product of shemicellulose pyrolysis as well . We can see from Table 8.2, with the increasment of baking temperature, the acetic acid content increased. 1 - hydroxy-2 - propanone and furfural have the similar trends. Phenols mainly come from lpyrolysis of ignin , increasing the content of phenolic compounds showed, as the baking temperature by degrees increased, the decomposition of lignin increase gradually.
