大家帮我看看semester hours是什么意思，怎么算啊？急~

| The CS Background section refers to the number of semester hours you have taken in computer science. If you are on a quarter system, count every 3 hours as 2 for this test. Also, count no more than 2 computer engineering courses, no more than 2 courses in business school and no more than 1 computer course taught in any other non-computer science department |
