韩国教授，全职中山大学眼科医院工作，青年千人获得者，诚聘研究助理或技术员，申请者要有良好的英文沟通能力，如果你正好还会点韩国话，那就更好。 如有兴趣，直接和金教授用英文联系。 The ocular tumor research group at the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou) has a technician position immediately available in the area of tumor biology and epigenetics. The major research focus of the group is directed towards genomic and epigenetic analyses of clinical tumor samples and other ocular disease biopsies with an aim to understand the ocular disease pathogenesis mechanisms and identify molecular targets or pathways for potential therapeutic development. Specifically, we will employ high-throughput sequencing technology for genome-wide profiling of DNA methylation and gene expression in clinical tumor samples (ex, retinoblastoma). Potential targets or pathways that are found to be deregulated in clinical samples will be evaluated by an array of biochemical and molecular biology approaches. The research spans over multidisciplinary fields ranging from cancer cell biology, epigenetics, bioinformatics to clinical translation in collaboration with various research units at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. Qualifications for the position include M.S. in cell and molecular biology, biochemistry, or other relevant areas of biomedical sciences. The ideal candidates are expected to be highly self-motivated and possess solid hands-on research experience in aforementioned areas. Good communication skills in English are required for this position and the experience with clinical sample processing and animal studies is a plus. Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and scientific achievements.
