期刊收费付费问题

各位虫友，有谁知道Journal of the Korean Society for Applied Biological Chemistry 这个期刊收费吗？有这样一段话： Page charges are currently 60,000 Korean won (or equivalent US dollars) per page. The actual color and page charges will be notified to the author along with the galley proofs. Request for charge waiver will be considered upon receiving a letter with the justification from the corresponding author. Even if the author chooses black and white printing, electronic version will bear color without charge. 麻烦帮忙理解一下啊，总感觉自己理解得不够透彻。我需要得出的结论是：该刊到底是否免费？或收费？非常感谢啊！ [ Last edited by cxksama on 2013-12-22 at 10:40 ] |
