| 目的 观察阿托伐他汀联合阿斯匹林治疗原发性高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的疗效。方法 存在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的原发性高血压患者60例，随机分为对照组组30例，给予单用阿斯匹林片，治疗组30例，给予阿托伐他汀联合阿斯匹林；治疗前及治疗后1、3、6月测定患者三酰甘油(TG)、血清总胆固醇(CH)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块积分的变化。结果 治疗6个月后三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、血清总胆固醇(CH)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、斑块积分和颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、分别为(2.05土0.9)mmol／L 结论 阿托伐他汀联合阿斯匹林，对缩小颈动脉粥样斑块体积、稳定斑块、降低血脂各项指标有较好的效果，可作为原发性高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块治疗的联合药物。 |

Object: To observe the curative effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin remedy primary hypertension and carotid atherosclerotic lesions. Methods：Sixty primary hypertension patients with carotid atherosclerotic lesions were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases in comparison group were given aspirin tabellas only, the other 30 cases in treatment group were offered atorvastatin and aspirin. Prior treatment and after one, three and six months of treatment, content variation of TG, CH, LDL-C, LDH, IMT and crouse score in two groups were determined. Result: After six months of treatment, numerical value of TG, TC, CH, LDL-C, crouse score and IMT were (2.05±0.9)mmol／L, (5.21±1.3)mmol／L, (2.65±1.1)mmol／L, (4.01±1.35)mmol／L and (0.99±0.25)mm respectively, lower than that in the comparison group: (2.59±1.2)mmol／L, (6.30±2.0)mmol／L, (3.20±1.2)mmol／L, (4.98±1.73)mmol／L, (1.12±0.26)mmol/L, (mean value P<0.05). Conclusion: Atorvastatin combined with aspirin was effective to decrease the volume of carotid atherosclerotic lesions, stabilize the plaque and reduce blood fat as well as the other indexes. Therefore, atorvastatin combined with aspirin could be used to remedy primary hypertension and carotid atherosclerotic lesions. 仅供参考 |

Objectives: To observe effectiveness of using atorvastatin in combination with aspirin for primary hypertension complicated by carotid atherosclerotic lesions. Methodology: The 60 patients of primary hypertension with carotid atherosclerotic lesions are randomly put into a control group of 30 patients who are prescribed aspirin only, and a treatment group of 30 patients who are prescribed atorvastatin and aspirin. Prior to the treatment and one, three and six months after it, the patients are tested for their TG, CH, LDL-C, LDH, IMT and crouse score, in particular the changes. Results: Six months after the treatment, all the TG, TC, CH, LDL-C, IMT values are (2.05土0.9)mmol／L Conclusions: Atorvastatin in combination with aspirin is effective for reducing volume of carotid atherosclerotic lesions, stabalising the crouse and reducing blood fat as well as other indices.
